Honey, Golden Raisin And Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/3 cups self-rising flour
    2 tsp ground cinnamon, plus additional, for dusting
    3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1/2 cup golden raisins
    1/4 cup honey
    3/4 cup mashed banana
    1/4 cup low fat plain yogurt
    3/4 cup low fat milk
    2 None eggs, lightly beaten
    None None Powdered sugar, for dusting
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
    Sift flour and cinnamon into large bowl. Add brown sugar, nuts and raisins. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir into batter until just combined. Do not over-mix; mixture should be lumpy. Spoon into muffin pan.
    Bake for 25 mins, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack. Dust with sifted powdered sugar and a light sprinkling of additional cinnamon.
