Hoisin Chicken - cooking recipe

4 None chicken thighs, scored
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1 tbsp peanut oil
2 None green onions, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp mirin
Preparation

Brush chicken with hoisin sauce.
Heat oil in a large frying pan. Cook chicken over medium-low heat until browned on both sides and just cooked through.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients and 1 tbsp water in a small bowl. Serve chicken with sauce.
