Roast Chicken And French Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1.6 kg chicken
    4 tbsp sunflower oil
    1 tsp sweet paprika
    1.5 litre vegetable oil, for frying
    1 kg floury potatoes, cut into chips
    100 g whipping cream
    None None Juice of 1 lemon
    Pinch None caster sugar
    1 None lettuce, sliced
    2 tbsp snipped fresh chives
    Pinch None sea salt flakes
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Use poultry scissors to cut the chicken into portions. Mix the oil and paprika together and season. Rub the mixture all over the chicken. Place the chicken in a roasting pan. Roast for 1 hour, adding any remaining oil dressing half way through.
    Heat the oil in a large saucepan to 325\u00b0F. Add the potatoes in small batches and fry for 5-6 mins until crisp and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
    Mix the cream, lemon juice and sugar together then season. Divide the lettuce and chives between 4 side bowls and drizzle with the dressing. Divide the chicken and fries between 4 plates and sprinkle with sea salt. Serve.
