Greek Orzo Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 lb orzo
    2-3 None lemons, juiced
    1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1 None cucumber, diced
    2 None red bell peppers, deseeded and finely diced
    1 None onion, peeled and finely diced
    2-3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
    1/2 cup pickled hot peppers, drained, deseeded and cut into rings; set aside 6 for garnish
    2 bunches fresh parsley, chopped
    1 lb Greek feta cheese, diced
    5.25 oz black olives
    None None pita bread, to serve
Preparation
    Cook the orzo in boiling salted water according to the package directions, drain, rinse under cold water then separate the individual pieces with a fork.
    Next, whisk the lemon juice and oil together and season to taste. Toss with the orzo and remaining ingredients then set aside to marinate for 30 mins. Serve with pita bread.
