Paprika Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp paprika
    1 tsp chili powder
    3 tbsp olive oil
    8 None chicken drumsticks
    1 None onion, peeled, chopped
    2 None green bell peppers, seeded, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    9 oz long grain rice
    1 (15 oz) can chopped tomatoes
    1 1/2 cups chicken stock
    3 tbsp fresh parsley leaves, chopped
Preparation
    Combine spices and olive oil. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and marinate for 1 hour. Heat a large heavy-bottomed frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and marinade. Cook for 6-8 mins, until golden brown on all sides. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
    Add onion, peppers and garlic. Cook for 1 min then stir in rice. Cook, stirring, for 2 mins, until coated in oil. Add chopped tomatoes and chicken stock. Season. Reduce heat and return chicken to pan. Cover and simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally.
    Add chopped parsley. Cook for 5 mins, until rice is cooked.
