Butterscotch Bananas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tbsp butter
    1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
    4 small bananas, cut into thirds
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1/4 cup slivered almonds,troasted
Preparation
    Melt butter with sugar in large skillet on low heat. Add bananas; cook about 5 mins, turning occasionally, until caramelized.
    Beat cream in medium bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form.
    Serve bananas topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with nuts.
