Sweet And Sour Sausage Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None pork sausages
    5.5 oz medium egg noodles
    2 tbsp oil
    5.5 oz mixed stir-fry vegetables
    2/3 cup (sweet and sour sauce
    1 x 6 oz can pineapple pieces, drained and juice reserved
    2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
    Preheat a frying pan on high. Cook the sausages for 10 mins until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a board; cut into thick slices. Cook noodles according to the package instructions; drain.
    Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Add the prepared vegetables; stir-fry for 3-4 mins. Add the noodles, sliced sausage, sweet and sour sauce, pineapple pieces and 4-5 tbsp of the reserved pineapple juice. Cook, stirring, for a further 3-4 mins until heated through. Transfer to warmed bowls. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
