Parmesan Broccoli With Red Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb broccoli florets
    2 tbsp Italian dressing
    1 None large sweet red pepper, sliced
    1/2 cup chopped yellow pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tbsp chopped parsley
    2 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook broccoli, Italian dressing and 4 tbsp water for 4 mins, or until water has evaporated and broccoli is tender. Add peppers, garlic, and parsley. Cook for 2 mins. Season. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
