Arugula, Avocado And Macadamia Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 lbs asparagus, trimmed and halved
    7 oz arugula leaves
    1 large avocado, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup macadamia nuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
    2 tbsp sherry vinegar
    1/4 cup macadamia or olive oil
Preparation
    Grill the asparagus, in batches, until just tender; cool.
    Combine asparagus on serving platter with arugula, avocado and nuts.
    Whisk vinegar, oil and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl. Just before serving, drizzle over salad.
