Grilled Sardines With Lemon And Thyme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None lemon, thinly sliced
    6 None fresh thyme sprigs, halved
    12 None sardines, scaled, butterflied
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 None dried chili, finely chopped
Preparation
    Preheat grill.
    Place a lemon slice and thyme sprig on the flesh side of each sardine. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with chili. Season. Place in a wire grilling rack and grill, skin-side down, for 1-2 mins then flip and cook for another 1-2 mins, until cooked through. Serve immediately.
