Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 None small avocados, halved, flesh scooped out
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1 None red chili, deseeded and finely chopped, plus 1 for garnish
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
Preparation

Mash the avocados with a fork, then stir in the garlic, chili and lemon juice. Season to taste and stir in the parsley. Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with a whole chili.
