Pear And Hazelnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None egg whites
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped dried pears
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line a 9 x 3-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, extending paper above long sides for handles.
    Beat egg whites and sugar in medium bowl with electric mixer until sugar has dissolved. Fold in sifted flour, nuts and pears. Pour into prepared pan, smoothing top.
    Bake for 25 mins, or until lightly browned and firm to touch. Cool in pan. Remove loaf from pan; wrap in foil. Refrigerate overnight.
    Preheat the oven to 300\u00b0F. Using a serrated knife, cut loaf into thin slices. Place on baking pans. Bake for 15 mins, or until crisp. Cool on pans.
