Greek Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup white wine vinegar
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    4 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1 lb tomatoes, cut into large chunks
    3 small red onions, peeled and sliced into rings
    1 None cucumber, cut into large chunks
    2 None romaine lettuce hearts, washed and roughly chopped
    3 oz stuffed green olives, halved
    7 oz feta cheese, cubed
    1 None yellow pepper, deseeded and chopped
    4-5 tbsp fresh chopped flat-leaf parsley
    8 None pickled green chilies to garnish (optional)
Preparation
    To make the vinaigrette, mix the vinegar, lemon juice, oil and sugar in a bowl and season to taste.
    Mix the tomatoes, onions, cucumber, lettuce, olives, feta and pepper in a large bowl. Pour over the vinaigrette and toss well to mix. Divide between 4 serving plates, season to taste and sprinkle with parsley. Serve garnished with the pickled chilies, if desired.
