Berry And Banana Puddings - cooking recipe

10.5 oz frozen mixed berries
2 None bananas, peeled, chopped
1/3 cup honey
None None ice cream or custard, to serve
None None FOR THE OAT TOPPING
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
7 tbsp margarine or butter
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Divide berries and bananas between 6 ramekins. Drizzle with honey.
To make the oat topping, sift flour into a bowl. Cut in margarine. Mix in oats, coconut, sugar, cinnamon and ginger. Sprinkle evenly over fruit. Bake for 25-30 mins, until golden brown.
Serve with ice cream or custard.
