Apple Cupcakes - cooking recipe

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp plus 1/2 tsp packed brown sugar
10 1/2 tbsp butter, chopped
1/4 cup pistachios, finely chopped
2/3 cup sugar
2 None large eggs
1 1/4 cup self-rising flour
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 large green apple, peeled, cored, finely chopped
None None Powdered sugar, to dust
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 12-cup cupcake pan.
Place 1/3 cup all-purpose flour and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Rub in 6 1/2 tbsp butter to make fine crumbs; stir in pistachios.
Using an electric mixer, beat remaining butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until combined.
Sift remaining all-purpose flour and self-rising flour over butter mixture. Add buttermilk and apple; stir until well combined.
Spoon into prepared pan. Sprinkle tops with crumble mixture.
Bake for 20-25 mins, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 mins in pan. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
