Tortilla Crisps - cooking recipe

None None Vegetable oil, for shallow-frying
None None Soft corn tortillas, sliced into thin strips
Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Shallow-fry tortillas, in batches, until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle on tomato soup, bean soup or chili. Or add to green salad.
