Cream Cheese, Coconut And Lime Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 tbsp butter, softened
    4 oz cream cheese, softened
    1 tbsp lime zest
    1 1/3 cups firmly packed brown sugar
    2 None large eggs
    1 1/3 cups flour, sifted
    1 1/4 cups self-rising flour, sifted
    2 oz desiccated coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F. Grease 2 baking sheets and line with parchment paper. For the dough, beat butter, cream cheese, zest and sugar together with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. In 2 batches, stir in flours and coconut.
    Roll level tbsps of dough into balls and place 1 inch apart on baking sheets. Flatten slightly. Bake about 15 mins, until lightly golden. Cool on baking sheets and serve.
