Penne With Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup tomato pasta sauce
    1/2 cup white wine
    1/3 cup jarred roasted mixed vegetables, drained and chopped
    1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
    1 lb prepared meatballs (store-bought frozen or homemade)
    14 oz penne pasta
    2 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
    None None Garlic bread, to serve
Preparation
    Combine pasta sauce, wine, vegetables, mixed herbs and 1/2 cup water in a large skillet on medium heat. Bring to a simmer. Season to taste. Stir in meatballs. Simmer for 10-15 mins, stirring occasionally.
    Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain well and place in a large serving bowl.
    Add meatball mixture and parsley and toss well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with garlic bread.
