Vegetable Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup cream
    1 pinch nutmeg
    1/3 cup dried porcini mushrooms
    1/3 lb zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 lb potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1/4 lb mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Season cream and add nutmeg. Add mushrooms and set aside to rehydrate.
    Meanwhile, layer zucchini and potatoes in a shallow baking dish, distribute mozzarella on top then cover with mushroom cream and bake for 40 mins.
