Scrumptious Steak Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices ciabatta, toasted
    2/3 cup mayonnaise
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    3 tsp Dijon mustard
    3 None tomatoes, thickly sliced
    8 (2 oz) sirloin or minute steaks
    1 None Spanish onion, sliced into rounds
    None None baby arugula, to serve
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Spread over 4 slices of ciabatta then top with sliced tomatoes.
    Drizzle steaks and onion with a little olive oil. Heat a frying pan over high heat. Cook steaks for 1-2 mins per side, or until cooked to your liking. Place steaks over tomatoes and top with onion, arugula and remaining toast.
