Aromatic White Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tin (425ml) cannellini beans
2 sprigs mint, washed, dried and leaves roughly chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
2 tbsp whole milk yogurt
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation

Strain the beans in a colander, rinse and drain well. Add the beans to the yogurt in a blender and puree. Add the olive oil, mint, cumin, garlic and lemon juice to the beans and blend again. Season to taste.
