7 oz graham cracker crumbs
5 oz raspberry gummies, quartered
2 oz mini marshmallows
3/4 cup shredded coconut
22 oz white chocolate, melted
Preparation

Grease an 8x12 inch baking pan and line base and long sides with baking paper, extending paper 2 inches over sides.
Combine cookie crumbs, gummies, marshmallows and 2/3 cup coconut in a large bowl. Stir in chocolate and mix until well coated. Transfer to prepared pan, smoothing surface, and sprinkle with remaining coconut.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm, before cutting.
