Potato And Chorizo Bravo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb potatoes, peeled, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
14-15 oz can chopped tomatoes
1 None garlic clove, peeled and crushed
1 None small red chili, deseeded and finely chopped
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
7 oz chorizo, sliced
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
None None Sea salt to serve
Preparation

Cook the potatoes in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water for 5-10 mins, until just tender. Drain well.
Combine the tomatoes, garlic, chili and cayenne in a saucepan. Heat on low for 2-3 mins, stirring. Season to taste. Keep warm.
Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium. Fry the potatoes and chorizo for 5-10 mins, stirring occasionally, until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
Toss the potato and chorizo through the tomato sauce with the parsley. Transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with sea salt.
