Crunchy Cabbage, Brazil Nut And Smoked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

2 lb smoked chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced
1 lb napa cabbage, finely shredded
7 oz red pepper, coarsely chopped
5 oz red radishes, trimmed, thinly sliced
4 None spring onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped
3 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup roasted brazil nuts, coarsely chopped
-1 None Chili Lime Dressing
1/4 cup lime juice
1 None fresh long red chili, finely chopped
1 tbsp grated palm sugar
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
Preparation

Place chicken in a large serving bowl along with remaining ingredients.
Whisk together ingredients for the chili-lime dressing then pour over salad and toss to combine. Season.
