Ploughman'S Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tbsp pickle relish
    1 None large sourdough boule, top sliced off, inside removed
    8 oz Cheddar cheese, thickly sliced
    2 None large tomatoes, roughly chopped
    1/2 None cucumber, sliced
    6 oz Stilton cheese, rind removed
    2 heads little gem lettuce, shredded
    2 tbsp mayonnaise
    None None pickled onions, to serve (optional)
Preparation
    Spread pickle relish inside bread. Line with Cheddar then arrange tomatoes and cucumber over top. Season. Crumble Stilton inside then add shredded lettuce.
    Coat bread lid with mayonnaise then place back on boule. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
    To serve, cut into wedges. Serve with pickled onions, if desired.
