Artichoke, Anchovy And Chili Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz) pizza bases
    1/2 cup tomato paste
    3 oz grated Cheddar cheese
    22 oz drained marinated artichokes, quartered
    10 None anchovy fillets, drained
    1/2 tsp dried chili flakes
    1 oz finely grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tbsp fresh oregano leaves (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Place pizza bases on baking trays.
    Spread tomato paste over pizza bases then top the Cheddar, artichokes and anchovies. Sprinkle with chili flakes and Parmesan. Bake for 15-20 mins.
    Sprinkle fresh oregano leaves over pizza just before serving, if desired.
