Chicken, Potato And Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

1/2 lb medium potatoes
1 tsp olive oil
4.5 oz chicken breast
7 oz zucchini, sliced
None Pinch freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 cup basil leaves
1.75 oz Gouda cheese, grated
None None Freshly ground pink or black pepper
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes until cooked through. Transfer to a plate and slice thinly.
Add the zucchini slices to the pan and saute for 3-4 minutes, until they start to turn golden. Slice the potatoes and arrange in a small, shallow baking dish with the zucchini and chicken.
Sprinkle with the nutmeg and basil leaves, then the cheese and a sprinkling of pink or black pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melting and lightly browned.
