Seafood Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz penne or spiral pasta
8 oz cooked mixed seafood, chopped
1 None red pepper, seeded, thinly sliced
1 None mango, seeded, peeled, chopped
1 None avocado, seeded, peeled , chopped
2 None green onions, finely sliced
2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs
None None Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 None lime, juiced
Preparation

Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
To make the dressing stir all ingredients together in a small bowl. Season to taste.
In a large salad bowl, combine the pasta with the remaining ingredients.
Pour dressing over salad, toss well and keep chilled until ready to serve.
