Macadamia Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups unsalted macadamias, halved
    2 tbsp honey
    1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
    None None Fruit salad, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Arrange the nuts on the pan. Bake for 5-8 mins, until golden.
    Drizzle the honey over the nuts. Shake the pan to coat well. Return to the oven for a further 4-5 mins. Set aside to cool completely.
    Transfer the ice cream to a large bowl, reserving the tub. Stir in the nuts. Return the ice cream to the tub and reseal. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
    Serve the ice cream in scoops with fresh seasonal fruit salad. Add an extra drizzle of honey, if desired.
