Sautéed Nectarines - cooking recipe

12 tbsp unsalted butter
6 None nectarines, halved, pitted, cut into wedges
1 cup light brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1/2 None lemon, juiced
4 None waffles, toasted
None None ground cinnamon, to dust
None None vanilla ice cream, to serve
Preparation

Melt 3 1/2 tbsp butter in a large frying pan. Add nectarines and cook over medium-high heat for 2 mins, until starting to caramelize. Set aside and keep warm.
Add remaining butter, sugar and honey. Cook over low heat until sugar melts, around 4 mins. Add lemon juice and 2 tbsp cold water. Bring to a boil, stirring, then boil for 1-2 mins, until starting to caramelize. Remove from heat.
Spoon fruit over waffles. Drizzle caramel sauce over top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately with ice cream.
