Char Broiled Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None corn on the cobs, husks removed, halved
    2 tbsp butter, melted
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tsp mirin
    1 tsp sugar
Preparation
    Preheat broiler to high. Boil, steam or microwave corn until tender; drain. Place on foil-lined baking pan.
    Combine butter, soy sauce, mirin and sugar in a small bowl. Brush on corn.
    Broil corn for 5 mins, turning and basting occasionally with butter mixture. Brush any remaining butter mixture on corn before serving.
