Linguine With Tuna And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

14 oz linguine
2 tbsp olive oil
1 None onion, peeled and finely chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1 None lemon, juice only
1 tsp chili powder
2 (5 oz) cans tuna in oil, drained and flaked
Preparation

Cook the linguine in a pot of lightly salted boiling water for 10-12 mins or according to the pack instructions, until just tender.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and saute the onion and garlic for 3-4 mins. Add the cherry tomatoes, nearly all the parsley and the lemon juice and cook for 1-2 mins. Add the chili powder and flaked tuna and mix well. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Drain the cooked linguine and add it to the pan, tossing well to coat in the tomato and tuna mixture. Serve in warmed bowls, garnished with the rest of the chopped parsley.
