Plum And Hazelnut Sour Cherry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    3 None large eggs
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    3/4 cup self-rising flour
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup ground hazelnuts
    6 None plums, halved, pitted
    1.5 oz drained sour cherries
    1/3 cup toasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease and line an 8x12 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper, extending paper 2 inches over sides.
    Beat butter, vanilla and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well between additions. Add flour, alternating with milk, in 3 batches, starting and ending with flour. Add ground hazelnuts and mix until just combined. Transfer to prepared pan and top with plums, cherries and nuts. Bake for 1 hour, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan.
