Snowballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 cups ground almonds
3/4 cup powdered sugar, plus additional, for coating
1 None egg white
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Process ground almonds in a food processor until a paste forms. Add powdered sugar and egg white and process until smooth.
Roll 2 tsp mixture into a balls. Roll each ball in sifted powdered sugar to coat thickly. Place on prepared pan.
Bake for 10 mins, until puffed. Cool in pan on wire rack. Place in paper petits-fours liners. Store in an airtight container.
