Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus - cooking recipe

1 2/3 lbs asparagus, woody ends snapped off
12 slices prosciutto, halved
Preparation

Fill a large deep skillet with water. Season with salt and bring to a simmer. Add asparagus and cook for 2 mins. Drain and refresh under cold water.
Wrap prosciutto tightly around asparagus spears. Serve at room temperature.
