Tomato And Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups self-rising flour
    3 tbsp chilled butter, chopped
    2/3 cup grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tbsp finely chopped rosemary, plus extra sprigs to serve
    1 cup milk
    8 None cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
    Sift the flour into a large bowl. Using your fingertips, rub in the butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in 1/3 cup of the cheese and chopped rosemary and season to taste. Stir in the milk until the dough just comes together.
    Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface. Knead lightly then divide into 8 even pieces. Shape each piece into a ball. Transfer the balls to the prepared pan, positioning them fairly closely together.
    Sprinkle the rolls with the remaining 1/3 cup cheese. Press a tomato into the center of each roll. Scatter the rosemary sprigs over the rolls.
    Bake for 25-30 mins, until the rolls are golden and the bottoms sound hollow when tapped.
