Tuna And White Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None whole wheat pitas
    1 (15 oz) can tuna, drained, flaked
    1 (13.5 oz) can cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
    1/2 lb baby plum tomatoes, halved
    1 bunch arugula, trimmed
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    4 None radishes, trimmed, thinly sliced
    1/2 None small red onion, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    None None fresh parsley, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat broiler. Toast pita bread on both sides until crisp. Break each piece into quarters.
    Combine tuna, beans, tomatoes, arugula, celery, radishes and onion. Toss with lemon juice, red wine vinegar and olive oil. Season.
    Serve tuna and white bean salad with toasted pita. Garnish with parsley.
