Vanilla Ice Cream In Honey Waffle Cones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 tbsp butter, chopped
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup honey
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    8 scoops vanilla ice cream
    None None colored sprinkles, to decorate
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper. Combine butter, sugar and honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Add flour and cinnamon. Cool slightly.
    Shape mixture into balls, each using around 1 tbsp of mixture. Place on prepared trays about 4 inches apart. Using oiled fingers, flatten each ball into a 2 1/2 inch disc. Bake, in batches, for 8 mins, or until wafers are browned around edges. Let cool on tray for 1-2 mins.
    Working quickly, roll wafers into cone shapes. Place, seam-side down, on a wire rack to cool completely. Fill cones with ice cream and top with sprinkles.
