Ham And Egg Puff Pastries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None frozen puff pastry shells, thawed
    12 None thin slices cooked ham
    2 tbsp grated Cheddar cheese
    4 None eggs, at room temperature
    2 tsp finely chopped fresh chives
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
    Place pastry shells on prepared pan. Line each with 3 slices ham, bringing ham above rim to create a decorative edge. Sprinkle with cheese. Gently crack an egg into each pastry shell.
    Bake for 15-20 mins or until eggs are cooked to desired doneness. Sprinkle with chives.
