Chocolate Banana Yogurt Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup self-rising flour
    1/3 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    8 oz banana, mashed, plus more, sliced, to serve
    9 tbsp butter, melted
    1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
    2 None large eggs
    None None Nutella, to serve (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F. Line a 6-cup muffin pan with paper muffin liners. For the batter, sift combined flour and cocoa powder into a large bowl and stir in sugar. In a separate large bowl, whisk banana, butter, yogurt and eggs together. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the banana mixture. Mix lightly until just combined. Divide between muffin cups. Bake 20-25 mins until just cooked, when tested. Cool in pan 5 min. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Top with fresh banana slices and Nutella, if using.
