Ravioli And Beef Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    12 oz lean ground beef
    3 slices bacon, chopped
    2 cans (14 oz each) diced tomatoes
    2/3 cup red wine
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    1 pkg (1 lb) fresh filled ravioli
    1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    5 oz mozzarella cheese slices
    1/3 cup pitted black olives
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a large saucepan on high heat. Saute onion for 5 mins. Add ground beef and bacon; cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 5 mins or until browned.
    Stir in tomatoes, red wine, garlic and Italian seasoning. Season. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 25 mins.
    Cook ravioli in a large saucepan of lightly salted water for 2-3 mins. Drain.
    Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F. Layer the ravioli and meat mixture in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Top with Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Sprinkle with olives.
    Bake for 30-35 mins until cheese is bubbling.
