Cucumber Radish Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 None English cucumber, 1/3 cut into ribbons, remainder thinly sliced
1 None onion, thinly sliced
8 None radishes, thinly sliced
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 None lemon, zested and juiced
1 tsp sugar
Preparation

Arrange cucumber, onion and radish slices alternating on a serving platter. Arrange cucumber ribbons in the center.
Whisk together dill, chives, 1 tsp lemon zest, 2 tbsp lemon juice and sugar. Season then drizzle over vegetables.
