Ingredients

1 lb lamb loin, sliced
18 oz orzo pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1/3 cup whole-grain mustard
Preparation

Preheat broiler. Broil lamb until browned and cooked to your liking. Cover and let rest for 5 mins. Slice thickly.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.
Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook garlic, stirring, until fragrant. Add cream and mustard. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 2 mins. Transfer to a large serving bowl along with lamb and pasta. Toss to combine.
