French Nicoise Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 None baby potatoes
    1 head green leaf lettuce
    2 None hard boiled eggs, quartered
    1 (5 oz can) tuna in water, drained, flaked
    1 None red pepper, cut into thin strips
    2 tbsp pitted kalamata olives
    2 None tomatoes, cut into wedges
    6 None anchovy fillets, halved lengthwise
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 tbsp dijon mustard
    1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
Preparation
    Place the potatoes in a saucepan of salted water on a medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 10-15 mins, until tender. Drain, cool and halve.
    Arrange the lettuce, potatoes, egg, tuna, pepper, olives and tomato in bowls. Top with the anchovies. Whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard and garlic in a bowl. Season, then drizzle over the salad to serve.
