Honey And Lemon Shrimp Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup white long-grain rice
    1 tsp sesame seeds
    1 1/4 lbs jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails intact
    1 small onion, cut into wedges
    10 oz Chinese cabbage, shredded
    1 small carrot, cut into matchsticks
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp honey
    1 piece (3/4 inch) fresh ginger, grated
    2 None green onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Cook rice in medium saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, until tender. Drain.
    Meanwhile, toast sesame seeds in heated wok. Remove from wok. Cook shrimp in heated wok. Remove from wok.
    Stir-fry onion in heated wok for 3 mins, or until tender. Return shrimp to wok with cabbage, carrot, lemon juice, honey and ginger; stir-fry until hot.
    Serve rice with stir-fry, sprinkled with sesame seeds and green onion.
