Apple, Blueberry And Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
    2 None Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and grated
    2/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
    8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, melted
    2 None eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 cup milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 pint blueberries
    2 tsp demerara sugar
    None None Butter, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease and line bottom and sides of two 8 x 4 inch loaf pans. Sift flour, baking powder and cinnamon into a large bowl. Stir in sugar, apples and pecans (reserve 2 tbsp of pecans for topping).
    Mix butter, eggs, milk and vanilla in a medium bowl. Stir into dry ingredients until combined. Gently stir in blueberries. Pour mixture into loaf pans. Sprinkle with demerara sugar and reserved pecans.
    Bake for 30-35 mins, until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 mins. Remove from pans; cool on a wire rack. Serve bread warm or toasted with butter.
