Turkish Delight Sundae - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz fresh or thawed frozen raspberries
    1 tbsp powdered sugar
    6 cups vanilla ice cream
    4 (2 oz) chocolate-coated Turkish Delight candy bars, roughly chopped
    2/3 cup coarsely chopped toasted pistachios
Preparation
    Puree raspberries and powdered sugar in a blender.
    Layer scoops of ice cream, raspberry puree, Turkish Delight and nuts in 6 serving glasses.
