Berry And Vanilla Yogurt Ripple Ice Pops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup sugar
    11 oz frozen mixed berries
    1 cup thick Greek-style plain yogurt
    1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
    Place sugar and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan on low heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil, without stirring. Cool to room temperature.
    Process berries and 1/2 cup of sugar syrup in a blender or food processor until smooth. Whisk yogurt, vanilla extract and remaining sugar syrup in a medium bowl.
    Fill six 1/2-cup ice popsicle molds halfway with berry mixture. Top with yogurt mixture. Use a popsicle stick to swirl mixtures together for a ripple effect. Insert sticks and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
