Fettuccine With Chicken And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg (12 oz) fresh fettuccine
    2 tbsp butter
    7 oz button mushrooms, sliced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 cup heavy cream
    2 tbsp Dijon mustard
    12 oz cooked chicken breasts, thinly sliced
    1 tbsp chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook fettuccine in a large pan of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain well. Return to pan and keep warm.
    Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet on medium heat. Saute mushrooms and garlic for 2-3 mins, until tender.
    Add cream and mustard. Bring to a boil. Add chicken; cook until heated through. Season to taste.
    Add sauce to pasta in pan and toss on medium heat for 1-2 mins, until heated through. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
