Spaghetti With Chicken And Breadcrumbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None chicken breast with skin and bone
    1 pinch paprika
    5 tbsp olive oil
    100 g stale ciabatta bread
    2-3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
    3 tbsp butter
    1-2 tsp chili flakes
    400 g spaghetti
    1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Rub chicken breast with paprika, salt and pepper. Bake for 45-50 mins or until cooked through. After 20 mins of roasting time, brush chicken with 2 tbsp of the oil.
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions.
    Process the bread in a food processor until breadcrumbs form. Heat 3 tbsp of the oil and butter in medium skillet on medium heat. Saute breadcrumbs until golden brown. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add red pepper flakes and remove from heat.
    Strip chicken meat from the bones. Remove skin and cut into strips. Tear meat into small pieces. Drain the pasta. Toss pasta, breadcrumbs, parsley and chicken in a large bowl. Season. Garnish with sliced chicken skin.
